our process

All of our fibers are hand dyed and printed by Keryakos studio artists, using our patented Phly-Dye® process. This creates the unique look of our designs.

Through a mix of traditional printing methods and the Phly-Dye® process, we produce an innovative product unlike anything seen in the textile industry.

At the Keryakos studio, we have built a vertically integrated ecosystem consisting of wet process dyeing, discharging, screen engraving, and stencil laser cutting.

Phly-Dye® is an adaptable process, allowing us to work with designers to achieve custom colors and patterns on various grounds. Our flexibility and expertise, as well as our dedication to high quality craftsmanship, allow us to accommodate custom

requests.
